About the Commercial Brokerage Achievement Awards

The annual Commercial Brokerage Achievement (CBA) Awards brings together 400+ of the most influential leaders and decision makers from the Massachusetts brokerage industry. Prestigious Deal of the Year Awards are presented along with Special Recognition Awards for individuals and companies. Awards are voted on by members of the Real Estate & Finance Association, and winners are traditionally announced the night of the awards. The CBA Awards are the largest gathering of the year for the commercial brokerage community. 

About the Real Estate & Finance Association (RE&FA)

The Commercial Brokers Association was originally founded in 1991. During it's tenure, CBA represented 350 members in the commercial brokerage community throughout Massachusetts. The association was committed to providing relevant educational programs, promoting professionalism and cooperation, and creating an atmosphere where knowledge and ideas are easily exchanged.
In 2026, CBA merged with the Real Estate & Finance Association (RE&FA), to foster, contribute, and network with an even larger network of real estate professionals. 

The Real Estate & Finance Association (RE&FA)  is a trade association formed to bring together the best people, knowledge, and experience to provide informative programs and networking opportunities for commercial real estate finance professionals throughout the Greater Boston area. Real estate professionals from a variety of institutions join RE&FA to exchange ideas through breakfast panels, luncheon programs, networking events and professional education seminars. From forums with senior-level executive panelists to the Annual RE&FA Gala awards dinner, RE&FA has established a reputation for excellence in promoting the exchange of information between professionals in the real estate finance community, and fostering a platform for growth and education. Formed in 1988, RE&FA currently has 750 members, 100+ corporate sponsors, and hosts over 30 educational and networking events each year.
