Previously called the Commercial Brokers Association Achievement Awards, the Commercial Brokerage Achievement Awards recognize the most significant deals of the past year and the best in the Boston brokerage community. It is the largest gathering of the year for the brokerage community, including the most influential leaders and decision markers in the local brokerage industry.
The Commercial Brokerage Achievement Awards will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at the InterContinental Hotel in Boston. Members from the local commercial real estate community will gather to out who will win the 2025 Deal of the Year awards and the Special Recognition awards. We will also announce the winners of the McCall Leadership Award and Future Leader Aware in advance of the reception.
New this year: instead of a sit-down dinner, the awards will be reimagined as a networking reception to recognize nominees & winners. Registration for the event will open soon. Also, this is the first year that the former Commercial Brokers Association is a part of the Real Estate & Finance Association (RE&FA) – creating a more diverse, robust real estate association with over 750 members and 30+ events.
